We maintain a record of your personal information and any recommendations made to you. If you do not want to disclose your personal details, you have the right not to do so. If you wish to examine your file, you should ask your Strong Financials. No fee will be charged for an access request but SECURITOR may charge you the reasonable costs of giving you any information you have requested.
Strong Financials Pty Ltd may provide you with marketing material prepared by a member of the SEALCORP Group. If you do not want to receive this material, please contact Strong Financials.
Who else will have access to my personal information?
Strong Financials may provide your personal information to SECURITOR, the SEALCORP Group and St.George Group to enable fulfillment of our financial services
licence obligations and other services to you. SECURITOR may disclose your personal information (as necessary):
- on a confidential basis to industry bodies, SECURITOR agents, contractors or third party service providers that provide financial, administrative or other services
for the purposes of the SEALCORP Group’s business or your investments
- where the law requires us to do so
- if you consent.

Complaints
If you have a complaint in relation to Privacy, you should take the following steps:
- Contact your financial planner and inform him/her of your concerns.
- If your financial planner can not satisfactorily resolve your concerns within 3 days, the financial planner must inform you to contact Charter directly. We can assure you, we will take your concerns seriously and attempt to resolve the complaint as quickly and fairly as possible.
- If, after receiving our response, you are still not satisfied you may contact the Director of Compliance, at the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner, GPO Box 5218 Sydney, NSW 1042.
